Mrs. Shaner graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Music.  She has worked in our county schools over the last 20 years.  She enjoys supporting local arts activities and volunteers with Pensacola Habitat for Humanity, Pace Assembly of God, Distinguished Young Women and Ronald McDonald House.  She is a member of NAFME, FMEA, Florida Alliance for Arts Education and Alpha Delta Kappa.  She is married to her high school sweetheart, Willy.  Her son, Sam is a music student in Mississippi.  Her daughter, Olivia was an active part of the arts in this area and is a Mom of three, Faith, Samuel and Joseph.  The Shaners have three pets, Indy, Lucy and S’moresy.
